Hinge Park is Vancouver’s newest dog park. This fenced dog park is located on the NW corner of the new South East False Creek park site. Although the park is now operational it has still not been officially named. The park is most commonly referred to as Olympic Village Dog Park or Hinge Park. There is a very large amount of bicycle traffic whizzing around the area so you need to be extremely cautious on your way to the park and also when leaving. A few dogs on long leashes have gotten tangled up by speeding bicycles. I would avoid the bike/pedestrian path altogether and stay on the main sidewalk instead.
